My laptop starts when I plug in the charger and no battery found is displayed in HP Support Assistant Software and no icon is displayed in windows.
When I unplug, the laptop runs successfully, orange charging lights start blinking but the battery working well.
Sometimes, the laptop starts normally without the plug-in charger. Battery icon also showing in windows with good battery health and percentage.

Run a full diagnostic test on the battery. Likely cause is a problem with the smart chip in the battery. Cells are fine, it holds a charge but it is not communicating correctly with the motherboard. If I am right it should show up in the diagnostics.

You will need to run the test again on one of those occasions when the battery does appear. I would definitely say its very likely you are going to need a new battery but let's make sure some other error does not come up.

Today I performed a battery test again as you told me when the battery appeared.
The battery icon was showing today when I plugged in the charger on my laptop.
Let me share the screenshot with you.

I usually run the test from the HP Support Assistant because it gives the option to see more detailed test results. Like how many cycles on the battery, charge capacity levels of each cell, etc. You might be able to access that in the test logs in the test you posted. When the battery shows up it is apparently testing fine at least on the short test which just returns "OK".
