Kindly explain what you think a MUX (Multiplexing switch) is and in what context are you using it?
Your laptop uses a set two-to-one multiplexes for the DRAM address bus.
A multiplexer isn't a switch, it compresses data from multiple lines of transmission onto a single line of data.
Your Intel processor has Turbo boost, since you are asking about performance.
The only improvement in performance you can make is upgrading memory and ensuring that you install an identical pair of compatible memory modules.
Upgrading the processor is not an option as it is integrated (soldered onto) into the chipset on the system board.
Your laptop's processor is a BGA (ball grid array) type processor not a socket type.

No, it's really a switch as widely known. The MUX switch enables us to choose between different modes of operation for the iGPU and dGPU. Simply put, it lets you turn off either the integrated GPU or the discrete GPU and depending on what you’ve chosen, you will either get better performance or better battery life from your home laptop.
So, depending on this context, does my victus gaming laptop have a mux switch or not?

That is not a MUX switch.
You are mistaken. It is not"widely known".
Install the Omen Gaming Hub SDK. The download is at the driver and software web document for your laptop.

Watch the video below to learn how to use the discrete and on-chip graphics solutions your laptop has.

Please, understand that I want to automate the switch between using the intel graphics card and the Nvidia graphics card.
The embedded video illustrates how to use the Nvidia graphics card only, the dedicated one. The switch I'm talking about is switching between the integrated graphics card and the dedicated graphics card depending on the usage. Does my laptop madel include such a feature?
It's included in laptops like Asus tuf gaming if you know.
This video talks about what I mean.

I think you need to do so more reading to get where you understand how discrete and on chip graphics work and can be enabled.
Have a nice day or evening in your region of the world.
