Product: hp pavillion 15t cb000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my laptop's ram and add an ssd for installing OS. I am looking for compatible components. 

Please, I really need an upgrade. My system is too slow to handle multiple software and takes forever to boot up.

I hope ssd for the OS and RAM for faster handling of software gonna solve my problems.

15t-cb000 and 15-cb0xx machines use same components therefore a good place to get information for upgrade
