Since the issue may be related to your email client settings (like Outlook, Windows Mail, etc.), you may want to review and confirm the following with your email provider:
- Incoming & Outgoing Server Settings
- Server type (IMAP or POP3)
- Incoming/Outgoing server addresses
- Port numbers
- Encryption type (SSL/TLS)
- Username & Password
- Double-check for typos or saved credentials that might be outdated.

- Sometimes, third-party antivirus or firewall settings can block email access. You might try temporarily disabling them to test.
