Move all the data from a broken laptop to a pc or like move hard drive memory to another hard drive ? Please help

Yes if you only need files like pictures, movies, music and not the actual working computer with its operating system and apps just remove the hard drive from the broken laptop and connect it to a usb to SATA adapter like this:

 

https://www.amazon.com/Drive-Adapter-Cable-Support-Black/dp/B07S9CKV7X/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=...

 

Then just plug it into a computer with a usb port (just about any) and you can harvest the files you need off the old drive or just keep it as an external drive and access files right from it. 

 

If we knew the model of your broken computer we could link to manuals or video for removing the hard drive.
