I'm using above described system I'm unable to open camera I talk to microsoft support and they tried all the way installing drivers, upates, quick assist etc. but they are not able to fix this camera opening issue. they request me contact HP support please help to fix this issue anyway it's urgnet. I'm providing transcript that we discussed with mircrosoft support.

Type "Quick Assist" into the Windows search box on the taskbar and select it to open. You'll see two options; click on "Get assistance" and I'll provide you with a code.
Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Windows + Q on your keyboard to launch Quick Assist.

Looks like there is no camera detected in the PC. I tried to download Camera drivers and we found there is no drivers for Camera drivers from the Hp. As there is no drivers detected, I recommend you to contact Hp support for the further assistance.

I understand, as we see there is no Camera is detecting there should be a drivers issue or hardware issue, to fix the issue we need camera supported drivers from the HP since they develop drivers for the HP hardware. As we are from Microsoft we can check with Windows settings. I found everything is working fine with Windows. So I have downloaded chip set drivers and relevant drivers from the HP. As part of troubleshooting I have initiated the Windows update repair which can refresh Windows settings. If that is not working you need to contact HP support for the drivers, with out drivers there is no way to fix the issue.

Up on checking they have updated the firmware updates and not the Camera drivers, and remember is if there is any issue with Camera Hardware like it is faulty then the Camera may not work and provide the same error like Camera not found.
