You're very welcome.

I forgot.  That utility will not work with a 32 bit operating system.  There are 32 bit drivers in the file but the utility needs to be run on a 64 bit OS.

See if this Intel chipset installation utility works instead for the smbus and memory controllers...

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hello Paul, Thanks for your reply. I have installed the drivers into my latop and it is working fine. I have 2 more questions:

1) Is there any other driver required for my laptop? IN my device manager still showing some driver is missing like

    a) Network controller

    b) PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing controller

    c) PCI Memory Controller

    d) PCI Simple Communication Controller

    e) SM Bus Controller

2) If my USB port always need driver to work then how I will format my computer using USB port? Thormat ere will be no option to format my machine using USB device like pen drive or external ROM?

Please answer my question asap.

You're very welcome.

You need these drivers for the other devices...

First, install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.  The 2nd file down on the left is the auto install file.

That will install the smbus controller, and the memory controller.

You probably need the W7 32 bit graphics driver.   There isn't one from HP, so you will have to see if the one from Intel works.  1st driver on the left is the 32 bit one.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th...

Your notebook has the skylake chipset, so anytime you need to reinstall W7, the usb 3 drivers are needed.

The skylake chipset has no usb2 support until after W7 is installed, and the intel chipset installation utility is installed.  The W7 installation media has no USB3 drivers.

Intel has developed a utility that puts the USB3 drivers into your W7 installation flash drive, so once you do that, you don't have to worrry about it anymore.  There is a readme file on the link for how to use the utility.

You need to download the applicable file version for the operating system you plan to run the utility on.

Hi Paul, thanks for your help. I have installed all the drivers as you suggested but few Drivers still not installed.

1) That will install the smbus controller, and the memory controller.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-?pr...

The setup is downloaded and when trying to run then nothing happen.

2) You need to download the applicable file version for the operating system you plan to run the utility on.

All the setup are Windos 7 64 bit operating system. In my laptop has 32 bit OS. So please suggest what to do.

Hi, @ajitmal :

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a DVD drive.

Burn the driver files to a CD and use that to install the drivers on your notebook.
