Here is the Service Manual:

 

Manual 

 

Simple answer is no....there is no space for a full size 3.5 inch desktop type hard drive it uses 2.5 inch wide 7mm thick hard drives or SATA SSDs and/or a 2280 form factor M.2 SSD.
