Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi there, i just noticed there is no intel me device driver in device manager,  i tried to install intel me firmware and i got this error 
'Error 8743: Unknown or Unsupported Platform
Cannot locate hardware platform identification
This program cannot be run on the current platform."
Bios version:F.71 Rev.A

Where did you download the chipset drivers ?  Your machine uses Mobile Intel QM77 Express therefore using different chipset drivers won't work

i flashed same fw a month ago but snow after noticing that theres no intel me in pc i tried to reflash but failed. i downloaded fw from official hp web for w10! 
link. https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82542.exe
