Dear All,

I have  hp pavilion convertible x360 14-CD00043tx

Intel core i3 gen 8

Windows 10 (x64)

Intel RST ready

UEFI ready

In my opinion that those things are meet to install Intel Optane Memory. But i little bit frustration because there are no option in the BIOS to enable the optane memory. If i check hp guide how to install, there are option in the BIOS and version must be at least version 02.06. The appearance is different with my BIOS i don't know how to get that BIOS version. Actually I already install latest BIOS version from hp support site (BIOS Version F.37). My question is;

1. I already install intel Optane 16 GB but not detected in the BIOS or device manager

2. Is my laptop not compatible with intel Optane?

3. Any way to get BIOS ver 2.06?

Thank you for your attention
