Is my 2017 HP ENVY (Serial # 5CG7391GB4) a DUAL VOLTAGE device?

Hi:

 

Most notebook power adapters including yours are dual voltage.

 

If you look at the label on the power adapter, it should indicate Input :120 - 240V.

 

You will need an adapter for the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the charger to plug it into a receptacle that is different than those used in North America.
