Keyboard stuck on launch

Product: Hp Probook 430 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a ProBook 430G, with windows 10 installed. At start up my keyboard doesn't register keys for a minute. I'm able to log in the lock screen because the mouse and fingerprint sensor work properly. But even if i log in the keyboard doesn't start working for at least a minute.
