Product: Pavillion 15cw 1598sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have this HP Laptop 15 cw 1598 sa with battery not charging issues. While plugged in I can se the led light is on and orange in colour but system is not charging. Ran Battery diagnostics with HP Diagnostics and it says battery and Ac adapter are normally functioning. If it is a battery issue then i should work while plugged in. Laptop tuned off itself and recharged after 20 minutes with no issues. But the above issue is happening every now and then  which is very annoying.  Please advise
