I just replaced my battery on my laptop. I turned it back on and ran a diagnostic saying the battery was normal. It was charging and I stepped away for a bit. Now it won’t charge. I did the thing where you take the battery out and hold down the power button to get rid of the residual power but that didn’t help. I’m at a loss of what to do now to get it to charge. Any suggestions?
