Hi Reader,

I’m facing this weird situation with my laptop. So this happened twice okay. Here is the situation, sometimes even when laptop is locked battery is fully drained right, so when battery is fully drained later when I try to charge my laptop it doesn’t charge. In the Beginning I thought it might be the power outlet issue I tried plugging in charger with different power outlet it still din’t charge when I used other charger (my friend own same laptop model so I used her charger) and it starts to charge and after that when I use my charger laptop charges. It happened twice the same situation. Can someone please explain me if its laptop problem or charger problem ?

Thanks in advance.

@Cherry31

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged correctly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below article and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then I recommend you replace the charger and check.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
