Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've just reinstalled Windows (19042.685) and made BIOS update to the latest one but it still doesn't work:

When I try to use the laptop in tablet mode - it doesn't ask me to switch (however that's how it is set in settings) and when I switch it manually - keyboard is not locked.

I tried to find settings in Control Panel to disable keyboard - but with no luck.

I'm pretty sure this is a software problem but I cannot install drivers using HP Support Assistant on the current OS version, and cannot install drivers from the web.
