Hello i have an issue with my laptop, its a Hp probook 430 G8, it had a no power issue we checked for a shot we figured that the two identical double mosfet chips had a shot so we bought new ones of the same exact spec of the laptop replaced them, but the laptop doesnt power on, when i press the power button the lights on the keyboard like the powerbutton light goes on for like 3sec then goes off, when i press the powerbutton the charging lights blinks once in orange then blinks 8-9 times in white then stops ,i also placed it to charge and it charged well, we reprogrammed the bios and same issue still so maybe the EC chip maybe corrupt

please help me figure out a solution
