Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0038nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the past 6 months it has become more difficult to charge my HP Spectre x360.  I see others have had this problem, but haven’t been able to find a solution.  The USB C port that connects the power adapter is loose.  I have to wedge something underneath to keep the connection at an angle or it won’t charge.  I bought a new cord and I still have the same problem.  I should have contacted HP while it was still under warranty!  Just need to find a fix for this because it makes working very difficult.
