That question was asked several times but I didn't find truly clear answer.
According to the ProBook 6570b manual SATA III SDD are supported
There are also papars of the HP 256GB SSD M.2 2260 PCIe drive (L3M57AA)
which show that our ProBook is M.2 compatible.
On the other hand that compatibility is denied in some posts.
Could someone state it definitely?
Thanks, Marek

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

It definitely does not have any M.2 slots.
There are no M.2 drives listed as optional, and there is no procedure to remove or replace a M.2 drive.
Below is the link to the quickspecs, which provide a complete list of all the features of the notebook. No M.2 slots.

If you want to install a solid state drive in there, it will have to be a 2.5" x 7.0 mm model replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive.

Thank you for reply!
So I have one more hesitation concerning my old 6570b
Is it possible to use the SSD PCIe disk supporting it with SATA adapter?
Is my laptop compatible with PCIe in that case?
Greetings,
Marek

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, that I do not know.
I know a 2.5" SSD will work in place of the mechanical hard drive but I don't know if any other non-standard modifications would work.
