Hello, I have been a problem with my laptop lately where it will crash and take me to a blue screen saying that Windows encountered a problem and needs to restart. The error says memory_management. I tried what the Windows support said and ran the memory diagnostic, which said there was an issue with the computer's hardware so I started looking to HP for a solution. The HP virtual agent and said to run an hardware diagnostic, which I tried (I did both the fast and extensive check). I was expecting it to come up with some type of error, but everything passed. I'm still having issues with the computer crashing and taking me to a blue screen so something is still wrong, but I am not sure what and the virtual agent/Googling didn't have an answer for what to do next.
