Hello
My HP Pavillion 14 Inch PC 14-ec0000 have a problem in battery charging. When battery charging only 99%, not reach 100%. I already follow some instructions like uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and Microsoft AC adapter, but it's still not successfull.
I already update driver, disable, and even uninstall them, then i restart or switch off, still doesn't work. When my laptop on charging, until 99%, next when i disabled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery be 100% but the battery icon is dissapear. Next, i enable Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, the battery back to 99%. How to fix it ? Because i just bought this laptop 2 weeks ago. Thanks

Hi@Vincent_07,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Battery issues with the HP Pavilion 14 Inch Laptop PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- For Testing and Calibrating the Battery please click this link
Try changing the power mode to "Balanced" or "Better Performance" as the default setting.
Go to "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options" > "Change plan settings" > "Change advanced power settings"
Scroll down, click on "Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Setting" > "Config TDP Level",
Then select the middle value for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In".
Scroll further down. Select "Processor power management";
Then select "Maximum processor state";
Change the value from 100% to 96% for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In" option
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
