HP Pavilion - 15-cs0004nj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently bought this model:

HP Pavilion - 15-cs0004nj 4CA38EA

and the right Ctrl key is missing from the keyboard, instead there's a "\|" button.

Is this on purpose of a defect? I saw in the manual and online that it must have a right Ctrl key.

Thank you.

It would be an odd defect to build one keyboard with a different layout. Can we have a picture? You might have gotten a laptop with a UK or EU or other layout and not the US version? Hard to say without seeing it.

This is an eBay auction for a US layout and it does have 2 ctrl keys:

I see. Still, it's weird for a keyboard to have two keys doing the exact same thing.

I am not sure what it is but that is not a US layout keyboard. Where did you have it delivered? Country only.
