Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 My spectra 360 was working fine when it suddenly stopped charging. Once the battery died I am no longer able to restart my computer. When plug-in there are no light indicators I’ve tried different power cords different outlets and went through the self-help on the forum to no avail. After reading many articles it appears my motherboard has malfunctioned which is a known issue with HP  How do I get some assistance in order to solve this problem. This was a very expensive high-end computer that failed due to faulty hardware.
