Probox 455 G6 with USB-C Dock G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently added a HP USB-C Dock G5 to a users Probook 455 G 6. She installed it herself and everything came up fine. She has two regular monitors (Not 4k) and a USB dongle for a keyboard and mouse.(HP slim).

Since she has had the dock connected the computer "locks up" every 15 minutes or so. Upon spending some time on it myself (via Team Viewer, she is remote), I experienced this lock up as well, however it was strange. In outlook for example, you can still move the mouse around and it is recognising hover of the mouse, but does not respond to any clicks. It eventually starts to respond, or a CTL Alt Del seems to spark it back into action. Any ideas on what might be happening here? I thought it might be the USB going to sleep but that doesnt explain the mouse still moving. Perhaps its something else all together, but it does coincide with the addition of the dock and keyboard / mouse. I have asked her to move the mouse dongle to the laptop itself to see if that makes a difference.
