Hello Community, I am having my laptop encountering a problem on booting, it needed an update but I didn't do it so I just shut it down, now it stuck on black screen, it can't even go to BIOS menu via f10 if f10 is pressed it keeps writing "GOing to BIOS menu", also f9 to choose bootable disk it doesn't go to it keeps saying on black screen also "f9, choosing bootable device"

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Was this a BIOS update that caused the issue, if yes, follow the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833

if not, https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03518165

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
