Product: HP EliteBook X360 1030 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mouse pad is not working after the Upgrade of Windows. I have tried to run another another upgrade which quite failed after 99 percent of installation. The laptop is brand new and is Only one day old. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

Also  had a quite heat surge near the function key pads when plugged in charging during OS update.
