Product: HP notebook-15-bs180tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The USB drivers are not there in laptop. I Have done every possible step, but fails. I have updated windows, used the troubleshoot option, use 3rd party apps to update driver, but everytime i opens the device manager, there is no UNIVERSAL BUS CONTROLLER. Please help me regarding this option.

Just wondering if you have tried downloading and installing the chipset drivers from this page?

I have downloaded the chipset....

Now the problem is solved i just reset the Windows, it was the problem regarding the windows update.
