Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy right hinge is broken - really bad!! I have been so gentle with this laptop. It is in a padded case and put away when not in use. The hinge is so strong that it popped out of the right side. Now I can not close it and dare not try.

 

I need this fixed. I saw that this is a HUGE issue with HPs - I smell a class action lawsuit!!
