I have recently replaced my hdd by a sandisk x110 128GB SSD, it does not work with full capacity
Write: 180MB/sec.
Read: 171MB/sec.
This seems one third of its capacity, i searched about the problem and some say that i need a sata 3 and sata 3 cable
I wanted to make sure if my model sata type is not sata 3 so i can upgrade mine if possible??
is my model sata ports type is sata |||?? and if it is what can i do to enhance my ssd performance??

From the following ingormation, your machine uses SATA II, not SATA III (or SATA 3).
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/probook-6550b
And you can't upgrade your machine from SATA 2 to SATA 3.
