HP ENVY x360 - 15-cp0053cl

Hello my cpu fan is not working I get 90b system error on startup. Fan makes really loud noise or grinding/squeaking noise a lot of time so I decided to replace it. On the fan I see a stick replace with L20107-001 GB19A0. I bought this fan from Amazon could someone confirm that it is the correct replacement? Also there was some styrofoam on the heatsink which appears to be for insulation which I took off by mistake will this be a problem?

I don't know. Sometimes HP uses replacement same part with different part #.

Its specs

Parts list:          https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=6EH45UA    which shows part # for its fan is   L23569-001.

Please check your machine on the following list    https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=%20L20107-001

Hi @Banhien I do see the fan you mentioned L23569-001 when I check my machine on the list. However when I look on the fan itself this is what I was seeing https://imgur.com/a/PF6DVZx . Is it possible both numbers of the fan are the same and can be used in the laptop? I see L23569-001 and L20107-001 on the amazon site.

One more question would a fan with higher RPM be better? I was now thinking of buying this fan instead if it would be better even though it has a higher cost. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VCMQB8N/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1GMEAWOQ5IVDG&psc=1

Is there a different fan besides these two that you would reccomend @Banhien
