Pavilion 15-cw0014AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my new HP Pavilion 15-cw0014AU computer today, and I love it, but the battery runs out extremely fast. I am only on google chrome and some Office 365 apps at quite a low brightness setting, but the computer still only lasts around 2-3 hours, if that. Really disappointed as I need this for school and that won't last me the day.

Any help would be appreciated on either ways to increase battery life (hardware upgrade or just operating differently), whether there might be something wrong with my laptop, or if this is just a disappointing factor about the Pavilion/HP laptop series.

Thank you 🙂

Just an FYI, I've done the HP diagnostics test and the battery passed
