Microsoft Windows 11

I got a new omen 16 laptop with ryzen 7 7840hs. Within a week, I got a 90b error. I tried blowing through the vents, hard reset, bios upgrade and none of that worked. I asked for a laptop replacement. The replaced piece came and within 10 days, again there is a 90b error. It's frustrating that you spend so much money on their 'premium' laptop and this is the quality of the product that you get. I raised a request again for replacement. But I am just fed up, how many times do I need to do this? Why is this happening in new laptops?

Has anyone else faced this with laptops just days old?

That is indeed, a rare experience you are having with your new laptop(s).

I can't see any other option than to request a replacement under warranty.

Thank you. I have another doubt. I notice that whenever I plug in the charger, the track pad lags a bit. I have read about it and it's due to the static build up under the trackpad. I'm wondering if the grounding issue, is any way shape or form related to the 90b error and the usb not functioning issue in these new laptops?
