I recognized that hp support drivers win11 does not support the series 15-bsxxx and 17-bsxxx with i5-8250u cpu.
All of this notebooks have no tpm2.0 support at bios. Hp does nothing to find a solution for this. Should be new bios version where you can enable tpm. Hp should talk with insyde software who did programm the insydeh20 bios for this laptops.
There must be many owners of this notebook series who are interested updating to win11.
So let us all complain to hp support. A solution should be possible . I own a 17-bs109ng notebook. Bought it 2018 for 1850Euro and could use it only 7 Years. I am sad about this, think other owners also.

At this point in time, I would not get my hopes of of anything being done.
What I did was to use this workaround to install W11 on every HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC I own that don't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
One of my PC's has no secure boot, an Intel 2nd gen core processor.
HP 350 G1 notebook I own has an i3-4005U processor and no TPM.
W11 runs fine on all of them.
If you are happy with your PC, and if you are interested in installing W11 24H2 via an in-place upgrade on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have tried many different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

You are right this way form you is possible. But here we have no win 11 drivers from HP for the notebooks. Some programms will be not compatible.
So we are talking about a HP service wich still not available. They must rework the firmware insysh20 version 5.0 . And create the winn 11 drivers for Series 17-bsxxx,15-bsxxx,14-bsxx with intel i5-8250U.
From this series worldwide are 215000pieces exist. Where are all the users. All should write to hp support. Then something will happen.
