HP ENVY Laptop 13-ah0005ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

my USB-Type-C-Port of my HP ENVY Laptop 13-ah0005ng isn't working anymore. It worked fine until I sent my notebook into repair a few months ago (had some problems with blue screen). Now everything is fine except the USB-Type-C-Port I have on my Laptop (strange with which isn't important to the question - my keyboard has a wrong firmware I think - the key for "<>|" is seen as right-ctrl key - remapped it with software). I already tried booting into a Live-Linux-System (maybe there was a wrong driver or sth) but the Port also didn't work on there. As far as I am aware I have the latest Bios Update, installed all necessary drivers and I already tried reinstalling bios and drivers. Nothing worked.

I also ran the HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, and the test failed (tried with multiple Dongles and multiple USB-Devices).

I need this Port for my USB-C-Dongle to have HDMI Output (since the notebook doesn't have an HDMI Port built into it)

Hope someone can help me (I still have warrenty, but I want to avoid sending it to repair (need it for work right now))
