OMEN 17 AN152NA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody,

Please help me to find a solution. I have this laptop (OMEN 17 AN152NA) for 2 weeks. I tried all the possible softwares and latest BIOS update, trying to reach normal temperatures of CPU. Even when I'm starting the machine I reach temps of 53 - 55 degrees Celsius on idle. When playing games I reach, with no problems, 95 degrees Celsius. The fan speed is constantly fluctuating even after a fresh start.

I saw that this problem was posted before by other users. Please help me to find a solution.

@N1kolai,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you reinstalled Windows on your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system test on the computer to make sure that there are no hardware issues.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system test.
