Hi there. I have an odd problem. My task manager and BIOS is showing there is only 4gb of Ram. However, I know there is 2 4GB sticks installed and CPU - Z recognises that there is 8GB of Ram installed. I have reseated both modules and tried them both on their own and they still work individually. However they only work on their own in one of the ports don't know if that's related. Is there a way to force my BIOS and system to recognise the 4GB that's missing?
