Product: Example: Pavilion 15 au620tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was working on my HP Pavilion 15 au620tx pc this morning with the charger plugged in. When the battery was 89% , I unplugged the charger and all of a sudden my pc turned off. When I try to turn it on, it didn't. Since then, it was only turning on only when the charger was plugged in, but even then the battery is showing 89% and neither increasing nor decreasing. When I run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, AC Adapter has passed but when I tried to diagnose battery, the screen turned blank and then nothing happened.
