Hello,

I used my laptop 8days ago then turned it off (as far as i remember) and kept it in a soft case , today when I brought it out ( did not use it for the past 8days) the power button was showing a dim white light, when I pressed it nothing happened. I plugged it in , the led next to the charging point didn’t light up. I removed the charger pressed the power button for one minute things didn’t change. Then I removed the battery and pressed the power button for one minute more then replaced the battery nothing happened the power button still showed the dim light. Next I removed the battery and just plugged in , the power button again showed the dim light and laptop still did not turn on .

What can I do now??
