Product: Pavilion 15-cw1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've bought my pc (pavilion 15-cw1xxx) a few month ago, I've a problem with the battery: at least once times a week when I connect the battery to the power supply the battery doesn't charge (but it said in charge) and the pc becomes very slow, I've to switch off the pc three/four time before it restarts to work. Also if I use hp battery check it doesn't find the battery

Anyone know how help me?
