Hi, I ordered this laptop around 6 months ago and I got the one that came with the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen. I've used the pen a lot and found that it worked very well until things started getting a bit strange. Usually when plugged in to charge, there is a little light at the end of the pen that would light up to indicate that it is charging. One day I tried to charge it but noticed it wouldn't light up anymore. At the time I thought nothing of it since the pen was still working fine. This kept up for about a week or so until it finally decided to stop working altogether. I have since tried to charge the pen even overnight, unfortunately with no success. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the laptop's ports since I've tried all of them or if the problem is the pen itself. It's worth mentioning that the pen has come into contact with the case of one of my other computers and it is very magnetic which could've done something to the pen since it too is magnetic. I hope the warranty from my laptop also works for the pen since it came in the same set and ultimately the laptop could be the root of the problem. If anyone has any idea what to do, please let me know. Many Thanks

Reminders
- Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
- Some regions, including the USA, display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online
- Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
- HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
- If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
Important
- HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked. Old HP phone numbers – those no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions – might have been hijacked. Do not be a victim. Be Careful.
