I've a Probook 450 G3 P4P34EA#UUG with 8 GB RAM, Intel i7-6500U, x64 based, BIOS N78 ver.01,06 - dec 2015 with Windows 10 Pro and Liteon L8H-256V2G-HP SCCI disk.
I need more disk space and I want to add more RAM.
1)Can I add an additional harddisk in this laptop? What type do you advice ?
2)What kind of DDR3 8 GB RAM module can I add ?
I don't want to make high costs, but an external drive is not always practical.
Some advice ?
Thanks.

Your service manual states your notebook comes with an M2 slot for SATA SSDs (no NVMe SSDs supported) and 2.5" SATA slot for hard drives/ SATA SSDs.
HP ProBook 450 G3 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Since the 256 GB Liteon M.2 SATA SSD is in the M.2 slot, you have an option to install a 2.5" SATA SSD. You need a hard drive hardware kit (see pp39-40 of the manual).
Please note that M.2 SATA SSDs and 2.5" SATA SSDs basically run at the same speed, so you may prefer to upgrading to an M.2 SATA SSD with a larger capacity of 512 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB, rather than adding a new 2.5" drive.
Pages 1-2 of the manual indicate your model supports up to 16 (2x8) GB DDR3L-1600 memory, so you can add an 8 GB RAM DDR3L-1600.
