Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello friends,

I 'm having HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx laptop, running on 4gb ddr4 ram, due to low memory laptop is getting hang, so i want to upgarde RAM, but I'm confused with the various availability of product in online market, plz suggest me with correct product.

From Crucial, it says "These upgrades are guaranteed compatible when you order from Crucial.com " and clearly says for 14-ba0xx machines.

 

I would do that, not from Amazon.
