Trying to find out how much ram ( what slots do I have available size and how many ) I can add an where is it located ? Alls is this computer worth upgrading ?

Here's the Manual:
Specs say your laptop has 4 gigs of RAM in a single DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM
There is a single memory slot and it can have up to an 8 gig module. The hard part is getting to the memory slot. It requires quite a bit of technical gymnastics including removal of the motherboard. On a 1-10 its at least a 7.5 degree of difficulty.
Upgrading from 4 to 8 gigs would make a difference you would notice but if you have to pay a tech to do this you are likely looking at at least $100 in labor and the 8 gig module is going to cost maybe $50:
