I found this laptop on Costco.ca

There is no information on whether the RAM can be upgraded or not!!

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for that model series.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

According to the manual you can install up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory in that model.
