Repair date delayed by months

Hello,

My Omen Laptop was sent into the repair center, and has been sitting on "Part Pending", with an estimated delivery date being extended multiple times now. The current estimated date is currently 2 months from now, but each week it seems to extend by another month. 

I have tried contacting support for an update/escalation, something that was promised to me multiple times, but I have not been contacted by anyone. 

If someone could please take a look into this it would be appreciated. Thanks.
