I currently have a 45W charger that came with my Pavilion x360 but am going to need a new one soon (the cord is starting to peel away). Will it hurt my pc if I upgrade to the 90W? I can't find a 45 on the website and don't want to risk buying the wrong one from a reseller and damaging my laptop. Or if anyone can give me the proper specs of the 45W charger (I've looked for the voltage but I found 3 different V numbers, the lowest was 19.5V with 2.31A).

The voltage will be the same as on the power adapter your notebook was delivered with +-5%. OI suggest that you concern yourself with the power adapter HP part number. That is what assures you of its compatibility.
