Product: HP Specter 360

The battery in my wife's HP specter swelled up and had to be replaced. That was not a problem. Now, I have a swollen Lithium battery that the local recycle center will not accept. How do I have HP send a return tag so I can send the battery back to them

HP does not want it. I do not work for HP but have been here at the Forum for a while and have never known HP to take back batteries which have been customer replaced. Certainly HP is not going to pay to have you send it to them. I also know that places like Office Max, etc. that say they take e-recycling want nothing to do with lithium batteries. I can only suggest checking to see if maybe your town has an e-cycle day where they will take anything and dispose of it properly.
