If seeking rubber feet for your laptop and you don't wish to pay over $18 + over $11 in shipping (outrageous HP! Where is your sense of customer service?), you'll benefit from purchasing this from Amazon for under $10:

Yes, you get 25 meters of double sided tape to help all of your friends who also bought an HP laptop!

 

Just pull the old tape off back of laptop (over the screw heads) and carefully clean the old sticky stuff off the rubber feet by gently rubbing it off with your fingers .  Then carefully apply the new tape to the the rubber feet (requires a bit of patience!) and stick the newly sticky rubber feet back over the screw heads.  I did have to trim the newly taped feet to fit the space as they stretched slightly while rubbing the old stickiness off, but they are now working like new!

 

This solution worked great for me and I hope it helps others with this pesky problem.
