SERIAL NUMBER: [Personal Information Removed], PRODUCT NUMBER 1UG62UA.

THE LAPTOP OUTSIDE SCREEN COVER IS BROKEN FROM THE POINT WHERE IT ATTACHES TO THE LEFT HINGE.

Unfortunately there is a discrepancy between what you have described and the images you have provided.

 

You have not given us a clear image of something burned or damaged.

 

Do you mean the LCD display part, the hinges or ?

Its the LCD back outer cover, its broken from where the hinges gets screwed to it.
