Hello everyone,

My HP x360 830 G11 laptop is now not recognizing my drive.

What is it about and how did this come about?
It initially came with a 512 WD Samsung NVM 4 drive and everything worked fine, until I decided to pop in a 2TB NVM 4. I looked at the instructions on how to do it and it looked like it would be easy.

I opened the laptop according to the instructions, disconnected the battery, replaced the NVM with a new one, put the battery back and turned on the laptop, booted from USB (where I had previously created a Win11 bootable via Windows Media) with the aim of installing the system on the new NVM.

In the Win11 installation where the disks are, there was no NVM disk. I went back to the BIOS and it wasn't there, I went to the Diagnostic Tool UEFI (F2) and it wasn't there.
Then I put back my first initial 512 NVM, also the situation was the same, it didn't recognize that the drive even existed.

I reset the settings in the BIOS, updated via USB firmware BIOS, downloaded the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver, tried the same thing with them, disabled options in the BIOS, it was the same, did a hard reset CMOS reset, things were still the same, the disk is not visible at each stage.

Checked the disk to see if it works at all, it does, everything is visible properly on another pc.

The laptop has HP Wolf security and BitLocker was enabled on the disk. I don't know what else to do.
